Team Coaching & Facilitation for Evolving Organizations
Teams function. Until they don’t.
At some point, something starts to slip.
Decisions get delayed. Meetings go in circles. Conflicts remain unresolved. Roles become unclear. Everyone can sense it, but no one quite knows how to name it.
That’s where my work begins.
I support teams, organizations and projects in recovering clarity, alignment and the ability to move forward — especially when many things are happening at once, the context is shifting and orientation is hard to maintain.
In practical terms, this means workshop design, process support, meeting facilitation and intervention design.
I don’t develop formats on a drawing board. I develop them in close conversation with the system itself, aligned with the real questions, tensions and dynamics at play.
My background lies in complex, fast-moving production environments: film sets, cultural organizations and interdisciplinary projects.
I know the difference between theory and what actually matters under pressure.
Fields of Work
Psychological Safety and Team Dynamics
What does a team need for genuine collaboration to become possible?
I design workshops and support processes that focus on trust, openness and constructive conflict resolution. Formats that create space for honest exchange without artificially forcing closeness.
Facilitating Transitions
Reorientation, growth, structural change.
How does an organization stay in motion while keeping a clear sense of direction?
I facilitate strategy days, retreats and ongoing transition processes, providing structure, orientation and a reliable frame for the work.
Workshop Design and Intervention Design
Kick-offs, retrospectives, conflict resolution sessions, future workshops, stakeholder dialogues.
I design formats for specific occasions and support their implementation. This can include one-off workshops as well as meeting structures that teams can continue to use in their everyday work.
Human Skills in the Age of AI
Perception, self-connection, embodied communication and collaboration between humans and technology.
What remains distinctly human when more and more processes become automated?
This is an emerging field of work that I follow with curiosity, experience and a strong interest in the social consequences of technological change.
Community Health
How can a work environment become sustainable for the people within it?
This field focuses on social culture, emotional safety and mutual support within collaborative structures — especially in contexts where pressure, uncertainty and complexity are part of everyday work.
Self-Organization and Decision-Making Processes
How do teams make decisions that are clear, sustainable and genuinely supported?
I help teams clarify their processes, strengthen shared responsibility and develop decision-making structures that are easier to understand, maintain and trust.
Agile methods, systemic thinking and organizational development come together here.
How I Work
It starts with listening.
Where does the team really stand? What is happening beneath the surface? Which questions have not yet been asked?
The format emerges from this understanding. Not the other way around.
This may become a single workshop, a series of meetings or strategic process support over several months.
