My work has been shaped in contexts where a great deal was at stake. For many years I worked in international film and cultural production: complex production processes, international teams, 14- to 16-hour days, creative concept development, and technical and social coordination at the same time. Projects for major brands, arthouse, and Hollywood, in changing locations and often under extreme pressure.

About me
This world shaped my understanding of work, dynamics, and human systems. It showed me how collaboration functions under pressure, where it breaks, and what people actually need in confusing situations.
After a phase of health-related overload and chronic pain, I reoriented myself professionally. This time was profound and clarifying at the same time. It gave me a deep understanding of how closely body, psyche, work, and social conditions interact. It also gave me the space to study my own transformation process and to develop a practice from that experience that I can share with others.
Today I combine systemic thinking, psychological counseling, facilitation, and body-oriented work. I support people in finding orientation, making decisions, and remaining able to act in complex situations.
