Beda Mulzer
Systemic coach,
Facilitator & Process Guide
What I offer:
I support individuals and organizations during periods of transition, reorientation, and change. My work combines systemic thinking, psychological counseling, and structured process facilitation.
My services are aimed at people who want to regain their bearings and become capable of action again after health problems, career disruptions or inner conflicts.
I work in individual settings as well as in groups and institutional contexts, supporting the process of creating clarity, preparing decisions and developing viable next steps.
How I work:
My work is systemic, resource-oriented, and realistic.
I don't work with quick solutions, but with clarity, relationships, and structure.
The focus is always on the specific living and working situation of the people I work with.
I help people understand connections, recognize room for maneuver, and make decisions sustainable.
For whom my work is useful:
My work is aimed at people who are at a turning point and cannot or do not want to simply continue as before.
It is particularly useful for people undergoing career reorientation, after health crises or in phases of fundamental change, as well as for organizations and institutions that support such processes.
If you are interested in collaborating or would like to clarify whether my approach suits your situation, I would be happy to hear from you.
An initial meeting serves to get to know each other and to clarify whether and how support is useful.
