Clarity within the system. Orientation amidst change.

Systemic process support, coaching and facilitation for people in professional and personal transition phases.

I support people in developing new perspectives after health-related strains, crises, or major life transitions—understanding inner and outer blockages and taking solid, sustainable next steps.

Resource-oriented, systemic, and practical.

What I offer:

I support individuals and organizations during periods of transition, reorientation, and change. My work combines systemic thinking, psychological counseling, and structured process and change facilitation.

My services are for people who want to regain orientation and become capable of taking action again after health-related strains, career disruptions, or inner and outer conflicts.

I work both one-on-one and with groups and institutional contexts, supporting clients in finding clarity, preparing decisions, and developing solid, sustainable next steps.

How I work:

My work is systemic, resource-oriented, and grounded in real life. I don’t work with quick fixes, but with clarity, relationship, and structure.

The focus is always on the concrete life and work situation of the people I work with.

I support clients in understanding patterns and connections, recognizing room for action, and making decisions that hold up over time.

Who my work is for:

My work is for people who are at a turning point and cannot—or do not want to—continue as before.

It is especially relevant for people in professional transition, after health crises, or in phases of fundamental change, as well as for organizations and institutions that are supporting or going through such processes.

If you are interested in working with me or would like to clarify whether my approach suits your situation, I would be very happy to hear from you.

An initial conversation serves to get to know each other and to clarify whether and how my support will be useful for you.
