Refund Policy

 

 

Refunds for cancellations

 

• Up to 48 hours before the booked service begins (e.g. workshop, event, coaching), participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.

• From 48 hours before the start, 50% of the participation fee is due; accordingly, 50% will be refunded.

• No refund will be issued in case of no-show.

 

 

Refund method

 

Refunds are usually made via the payment method used for the booking.

 

 

Processing time

 

The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation or after the event has been cancelled by us.

 

 

Cancellation by the organizer

 

If we have to cancel an event or coaching session, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
