Project-based work has its own logic. No fixed income, no linear career path, no single employer. Instead: phases of intense work, gaps in between, constantly changing situations, and the question of what comes next.
This applies to filmmakers just as much as to people in events, IT, construction, culture, research, consulting, or social work. Those who work on projects navigate a life that feels fundamentally different from a traditional permanent position.
I know this life from personal experience. I've worked in the film industry for many years, in various projects, roles, and constellations. If you tell me how things are for you right now, I don't need to translate.

Constantly changing teams and work contexts, irregular working hours and income, strained private relationships, high flexibility requirements, spontaneous changes and cancellations, waiting loops and stagnation phases, using downtime productively, maintaining resilience and health, building and keeping community, creating stability without a fixed structure.
AVGS: How the billing process works
If you have an activation and placement voucher from the job center or the employment agency, we can bill the coaching through that voucher. The process is handled in cooperation with verMittelpunkt, a certified AZAV provider.
