Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services, and contracts between Beda Mulzer and the clients that are agreed via our website or directly.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded as soon as a registration or booking has been confirmed, in writing, by email, or via our website.
3. Services
The scope of the agreed services is defined by the respective service description (e.g. workshops, events, coaching, consulting). We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or facilitators, provided these do not substantially alter the overall character of the service.
4. Prices and payment
The prices stated at the time apply. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Withdrawal and cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Up to 48 hours before the start: free of charge.

From 48 hours before the start: 50% of the participation fee.

In case of no-show: 100% of the participation fee.
Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
6. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for participants' personal belongings. Participation in events is at your own responsibility.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy applies and can be viewed on our website at any time.
8. Dispute resolution
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are willing to seek an amicable solution in the event of a disagreement.
9. Final provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin where legally permissible.
