Systemic coaching for transitions and complex situations

I support people in phases where things become unclear.

When decisions feel pressing, orientation is missing, the nervous system is under constant strain, or your own situation is hard to grasp, the work is about returning step by step to a form of agency that can hold.

This applies to people in creative and social professions as much as to people in more traditional work contexts, to people in professional transitions as much as to people who need to reorient themselves under chronic strain.

Part of my work takes place in the context of professional integration and reorientation. I support people in sorting their situation, developing realistic perspectives, and taking concrete next steps, including within funded measures.

When health-related or social factors play a role, the work is about finding paths that are realistic and remain sustainable over the long term.

How I work

 

I work clearly, attentively, and with structure. We look at the situation together, make connections visible, and develop decisions and steps from there that work in everyday life.

Embodied perception plays a central role in this:

The ability to perceive what is really happening even under pressure: in the body, in the room, in the relationship.

 

I consciously let this level inform the work.

 

At the center are capacities that cannot be delegated: self-contact, decision-making capacity, dealing with uncertainty, and resilience. The more AI and technology shape our everyday lives, the more these human qualities determine how we work and live.

Coaching, not therapy

 

Coaching does not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment.

 

If it becomes clear in the process that therapeutic support would be useful, I am happy to support orientation: clarifying what form of support might fit, searching for offers, and, if desired, preparing for initial consultations.
