A meditative hike in the Brise Valley We will walk together through the nature reserve along the Brise River. Along the way, we will pause at special locations to practice various meditations and mindfulness exercises from different traditions.

Meditation Walk in the Brisetal



Sunday, November 18th · Start: Borgsdorf S-Bahn station at 11:00 AM 🕛


Together we will hike along the Brise River through the Brisetal nature reserve. Along the way, we will pause at special places and practice various forms of nature meditation and mindfulness – inspired by different cultures.


The breeze, with its beaver dams and species-rich biotopes, gives us the space to experience stillness and connection in nature.


Practical information:


  • We go in all weather – please bring weatherproof clothing, sturdy footwear and something to sit on (e.g. a mat or small cushion).

  • Rain gear (including rain pants if it's raining), a snack and drinking water are recommended.
