I work as a systemic coach, process facilitator and organisational development consultant with people who need to find a new direction, professionally or personally. My work centres on transitions, ruptures and phases in which familiar structures no longer hold and new forms of orientation are needed. I currently work as a career and business start-up coach with people moving through professional transitions and new ventures.
Following a prolonged period of physical overload and chronic pain, I changed professional direction. This period of illness, treatment and stabilisation was disruptive, but also clarifying. It gave me a deep understanding of how closely the body, psyche, work and social conditions are connected.
My professional path began in film, art and cultural production. For many years, I worked in complex, high-pressure environments, carrying technical, process and creative responsibility, guiding teams through demanding productions, developing creative concepts and bringing them to life for major brands, arthouse films and Hollywood cinema.
I also volunteer within the film industry for better working conditions, professional recognition and psychosocial health, most recently as a board member of the German Association for Lighting and Camera Support Professionals, BVB e.V., from 2024 to 2026. There I initiated the participatory process that produced updated occupational profiles for film lighting departments.
Today, my work brings together systemic thinking, psychologically informed counselling and cybernetic organisational development. I help people understand the relationships shaping their situation, make sense of internal and external obstacles, and regain their capacity to act.
A particular focus of my work is accompanying people living with chronic strain and pain, often men who have kept functioning for a long time while losing contact with themselves.
