Approach
How I work
My work centres on capacities that hold up in complex work and life contexts and cannot be delegated: perception, intuition, contact with oneself, the ability to decide, resilience and collaboration.
In temporary teams, interdisciplinary projects, professional transitions and periods of fundamental change, these capacities determine whether people and organisations remain responsive. The more deeply AI shapes working life, the more what human beings bring begins to matter.
Experience grounded in real working contexts
More than 30 years in film, culture and project production have shown me how collaboration actually works under pressure, uncertainty and changing conditions. This is joined by systemic coaching, mediation, agile consulting and cybernetic organisational development.
My experience ranges from international film productions to projects in the environments of Bayer Healthcare, Deutsche Telekom, Axel Springer, the Guggenheim Foundation and Humboldt Forum, as well as facilitating the Kiezburn Festival with up to 1,600 participants.
