A large part of my work currently focuses on career and business start-up coaching. I work with people who are finding a new professional direction, and with founders turning an idea into a viable independent practice.
I know life inside projects, transitions and new ventures from experience, including everything that comes with it: public authorities, applications, irregular income, and the question of what will carry the next step.

How I work
My work centres on capacities that hold up in complex work and life contexts and cannot be delegated: perception, intuition, contact with oneself, the ability to decide, resilience and collaboration.
In temporary teams, interdisciplinary projects, professional transitions and periods of fundamental change, these capacities determine whether people and organisations remain responsive. The more deeply AI shapes working life, the more what human beings bring begins to matter.
