A new chapter begins. I want this site to become a place where I share thoughts, observations and experiences, not at the pace of a content cycle, but when something feels ready. A journal, in other words.

The questions that move me range from the deeply personal to complex ideas about organisations. Much of it revolves around the search for clarity, in our own lives, in relationships, in teams and in larger social systems. How do we find orientation in a world that keeps changing? Which tools and practices genuinely help?
Part of my work centres on systemic coaching: accompanying people through transitions, opening new perspectives and strengthening their capacity to act on their own terms. For many years, I have also explored embodiment and meditation: dance, movement, experiences in nature and the breath, practices that bring us back into the body and begin where words sometimes stop.
Another field that fascinates me is how communities and organisations can work together. This is where agility, New Work, low-hierarchy forms of collaboration and Organic Agility enter the picture. The question is how to create spaces in which people can work, learn and grow well, including, and sometimes especially, when they are neurodivergent. I want neurodiversity in teams to be understood not as a problem, but as a resource for creativity, shifts in perspective and genuine innovation.
This journal will be a meeting place: for ideas that inspire me, glimpses into my work with people and teams, and reflections on self-leadership and community. There will also be personal stories, from my time working as a clown in humanitarian projects and from the path that took me from film lighting into coaching and facilitation.
It will not always be short and sharp. Other platforms are better suited to that. This is a place for depth, narrative and resonance. If that speaks to you, come along.
I am glad you are here.
