Refund policy

Refund upon cancellation

• We will fully refund any participation fees already paid up to 48 hours before the start of the booked service (e.g. workshop, event, coaching).

• If the cancellation occurs 48 hours before the start, 50% of the participation fee is due; accordingly, we will refund 50%.

• No refund will be given for no-shows.

Type of refund

Refunds are usually issued via the payment method used for the booking.

Processing time

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation or after we have cancelled the event.

Cancellation by the organizer

Should we have to cancel an event or coaching session, we will fully refund the participation fee.
