About me

I work as a systemic process facilitator, coach, and organizational developer with people and organizations who need to reorient themselves professionally or personally. My work focuses on transitions, breaks, and phases in which familiar structures no longer provide support and new forms of orientation are needed.

My professional career began in film and cultural production.
For many years I worked in complex, high-performance environments, taking on responsibility and guiding teams through demanding production processes. This experience has profoundly shaped my understanding of work, dynamics, and organization.

After a prolonged period of chronic pain and health recovery, I left my original profession and reoriented myself. This time of illness, therapy, and stabilization was profound, but also clarifying. It gave me a deep understanding of how closely body, mind, work, and social conditions are interconnected.

Today, I combine systemic thinking, psychological counseling, and organizational development in my work. I support people in understanding connections, identifying internal and external obstacles, and regaining their ability to act. My approach is calm, structured, and respectful, always focusing on realistic and sustainable next steps.

A particular focus of my work lies in supporting people with chronic stress and pain, often men, who have functioned for a long time and lost touch with themselves in the process. These processes are less about quick fixes and more about orientation, self-responsibility, and a sustainable approach to work and performance.

I work in individual settings, in groups, and in institutional contexts, and am familiar with interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, and process-oriented structural work. It is always important to me not to reduce people to symptoms or functions, but to consider development within its entire context.
