General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services and contracts between [Name / Company] and the customers, whether agreed via our website or directly.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded as soon as a registration or booking has been confirmed – in writing, by email or via our website.
3. Services
The scope of the agreed services is defined in the respective service description (e.g., workshops, events, coaching, consultations). We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or instructors, provided these do not significantly alter the overall nature of the service.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices quoted apply. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Withdrawal and Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Up to 48 hours before the start: free of charge.
From 48 hours before the start: 50% of the participation fee.
In case of no-show: 100% of the participation fee.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
6. Liability
We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for participants' personal belongings. Participation in events is at your own risk.
7. Data protection
Our privacy policy applies and can be viewed at any time on our website.
8. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we declare ourselves willing to seek an amicable solution in the event of a disagreement.
9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
