When life is no longer clear-cut.
I work with people in phases when decisions feel difficult, orientation is missing, or their own situation has become hard to read. Together, we make connections visible, sort through what is at work, and develop steps that hold up in everyday life.
What we can work on
People come to me with very different concerns.
Some are facing a professional change of direction, starting a business, or moving through another transition. Others are looking for orientation in a complex decision, want to clarify their role, or need to find out which next step actually makes sense.
Others are living with sustained pressure, emotional exhaustion or a reduced capacity to cope, and want to shape their self-organisation in a way that becomes workable again in everyday life.
I also work with people through publicly funded programmes, including SGB II §16k and AVGS, helping them gain clarity, strengthen their resources and develop perspectives that can genuinely hold.
Part of my work takes place in the context of professional reorientation and integration.
I help people bring order to their situation, develop realistic perspectives, and shape the next steps so they fit the life they are actually living, whether we work privately or through a publicly funded programme.
When health, family or social pressures narrow the room to act, we do not look for quick solutions. We develop ways forward that are realistic, individual and able to hold over time.
Career orientation and job coaching
Business start-up coaching
If you want to turn an idea into a viable independent business, we work on what genuinely carries a new venture: your offer and who it is for, realistic numbers and next steps, dealing with public authorities and formal requirements, and the question of how you stay resourced while building it.
I have founded several ventures of my own since 2005 and accompanied very different kinds of start-ups. This experience brings the practical work on the venture together with attention to the person who will have to carry it.
I work with clarity, care and structure. Together, we look at the situation from different perspectives, make connections visible, and develop decisions that prove themselves in everyday life, beyond the conversation itself.
An important part of my work is the capacity to notice what is actually happening, even under pressure: in your own experience, in the body, in relationships and in the surrounding context. New possibilities often appear when we perceive more closely instead of thinking even harder.
The focus is on capacities that cannot be delegated: staying in contact with yourself, remaining able to act in uncertainty, making sound decisions, taking responsibility and meeting pressure without losing your ground.
How I work
Clarity begins with a conversation.
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. If it becomes clear during our work that therapeutic support would be useful, I am glad to help you find the right orientation.
If you are at a point where you need clarity, let’s talk.
