Organizations are living systems – the art lies in creating structures in which people can collaborate effectively. My expertise in systemic organizational development is based on several levels: – Over 20 years of experience in film production, where I led international crews as a gaffer and best man – a highly complex system whose dynamics resemble a Safe Agile Release Train. – More than 25 years of my own organizational practice: resource-efficient, agile, creative, and sustainable. – Long-standing engagement with New Work, agility, Scrum, Kanban, and New Work methodologies. Today, I combine this experience with systemic coaching and facilitation. I support teams and organizations in gaining clarity, resolving conflicts, and developing structures that enable adaptability, creativity, and sustainability.
